Our project was inclusive of a 5500 square feet demolition of existing office space, complete electrical system and plumbing in a 12,400 square foot metal / brick building.
New 3000 square foot of offices, plumbing for 2 new restrooms and 1 kitchen, power for the facilities, polish and densify shop floor area were completed.
Your services for this project were done in a timely manner and within the guidelines of the original bid. All added items were offered at a fair price and were given the same close attention as the original project. A project manager was consistently monitoring the premise to ensure both parties were satisfied with the end product. Lone Wolf Manufacturing, LLC began the relationship work with Trilogy in February 2010 with pre-planning, design and financing. The relationship continued on through construction which ended March 2012 with the completion of our Manufacturing Facility Relocation Project.
The scope of the project included development of a 24 acre plot of land within Harris County where our two buildings were constructed as well as lay-down space and allowances for future development. The smaller of the two buildings that were constructed was a 24,000SF state of the art media blasting and coatings facility and the larger was a 70,000SF production manufacturing facility with 3-story office space for our personnel.
The project was a huge success for our company due to the level of experience that Trilogy provided as well as their ability to meet the challenges of our plant’s extremely high Safety Bar. Every request made by Lone Wolf Manufacturing was always fully embraced by Trilogy. They also ensured that all subcontractors were fully aware of our safety standards before any work began.
The culture that Trilogy brought to the project was an excellent fit. Overall, Trilogy did a very good job of managing the pace of the project, the many RFls associated with this complex project as well as keeping Lone Wolf advised of all additional costs.
As the project has now been completed, | can say that it ended on the same terms as when it began. This can all be credited to Trilogy’s professionalism, ability to keep Lone Wolf informed on progress, willingness to make changes to the schedule and their overall dedication. All this plus their commitment to safety makes it easy for me to highly recommend Trilogy to any project of this com plex nature.
